Bereid zelf authentieke Provençaalse recepten in deze zwarte gratineerschaal van Staub en schotel uw gasten de lekkerste visgerechten, gebraden en gratins voor – recht uit de oven. Met dank aan de warmtebehoudende eigenschappen van gietijzer en het praktische ontwerp van de schaal. Zet de ovenschalen van Staub gerust als echte pronkstukken midden op tafel, waar ze uw gerecht nog lang warm houden. De ovale gietijzeren gratineerschaal houdt de warmte vast en geeft deze gelijkmatig af, zowel in de oven als op tafel. Het matzwarte email is geschikt voor alle warmtebronnen, ook inductie. Het materiaal is bovendien bestand tegen hoge oventemperaturen en dus ideaal om uw vlees even te braden voordat u een gratinschotel maakt. Zo blijven alle aroma's in het vlees zitten en smaakt uw gerecht nog intenser. De ovale gratineerschaal is gemakkelijk te dragen aan de twee grote grepen.
