Gietijzer geleidt warmte uitzonderlijk goed: het bereikt een hoge temperatuur en geeft deze warmte gelijkmatig en geleidelijk af aan de ingrediënten in de pot. Dat maakt deze Staub gratineerschaal ideaal voor ongeëvenaard sappige gerechten boordevol smaak. De gietijzeren schaal is ook perfect om ovenschotels en gratins te maken of om voedsel te bruinen op verschillende warmtebronnen. Daarnaast kunt u in deze ovale schaal een lekker stoofpotje of gebraad bereiden. De geëmailleerde matzwarte binnenkant stooft de ingrediënten intensief en zorgt ervoor dat het gerecht zijn natuurlijke smaken behoudt.
