Deze ronde minigratineerschaal van Staub heeft een diameter van 12 cm en een inhoud van 0,25 l. Dit formaat is ideaal om maaltijden voor één persoon of kleinere porties te bereiden. Dankzij de compacte afmetingen en de grepen aan de zijkant neemt u de schaal gemakkelijk vast en neemt ze erg weinig plaats in. U kunt de gratineerschaal zelfs op andere gratineerschalen uit hetzelfde assortiment stapelen om uw keuken ordelijk en netjes te houden. In deze kleine, praktische en mooie gietijzeren schaal maakt u gratins en ovenschotels op elke warmtebron. Omdat het zwarte gietijzer uitstekend warmte vasthoudt en deze gelijkmatig afgeeft, is deze gratineerschaal ideaal voor gerechten die langzaam moeten garen. Het matzwarte email aan de binnenzijde verspreidt de warmte gelijkmatig naar het hele gerecht. Ook bij het opdienen is deze zwarte schaal een echt pronkstuk op tafel.
