Met de rechthoekige ovenschaal van Staub bereidt u de lekkerste recepten op uw kookvuur en in de oven. Lasagne, moussaka of liever schnitzel? Aan u de keuze! De robuuste gietijzeren schaal heeft twee comfortabele grepen die u stevig kunt vasthouden. De zwarte schaal is 30 bij 20 cm groot, heeft een inhoud van 3,15 l en is geschikt voor alle warmtebronnen, ook inductie. U kunt uw ingrediënten in de schaal aanbraden en meteen daarna in de oven laten garen tot ze een mooie goudbruine korst hebben. Zelfs topchefs zoals Paul Bocuse zijn vol lof over de eigenschappen van het kookassortiment van Staub. De rechthoekige schalen van Staub hebben een compacte vorm die zo op tafel past. U hoeft het eten dus niet naar een andere schaal over te scheppen voordat u het opdient. Gietijzer houdt warmte vast, waardoor het voedsel ook op tafel nog lang warm blijft.
