De ronde Staub gratineerschaal met deksel is indrukwekkend veelzijdig en compact. Ze mag in de oven en is geschikt voor alle andere warmtebronnen, ook inductie. Gietijzer zorgt ervoor dat ovenschotels en andere gerechten geleidelijk garen en dat alle essentiële voedingsstoffen behouden blijven.
