Product beschrijving

De Staub Cocotte is onovertroffen voor het langzaam garen van vlees en groenten tot malse perfectie en voor het sudderen van stevige soepen en stoofschotels. Gietijzer bezit uitzonderlijke warmtevasthoudende eigenschappen, wat resulteert in een gelijkmatige verwarming. Het innovatieve deksel is voorzien van kleine punten aan de binnenkant die voortdurend gecondenseerde vloeistof weer op het voedsel afgeven, wat vochtige, smaakvolle resultaten oplevert. De Cocotte is ook een geweldig serveerstuk, dat rechtstreeks van het fornuis naar de tafel gaat.
