Als u een onweerstaanbare, gezonde ovenschotel wilt maken voor een groep, is een grote braadpan onmisbaar. Hier komt de ovale cocotte van Staub goed van pas. Deze braadpan is 37 cm breed, 18 cm hoog en 42,8 cm lang (inclusief handvaten). Met zijn inhoud van 8 l, strakke design en klassieke zwarte kleur is deze cocotte ideaal om uw gerecht op tafel te presenteren. Binnenin is de braadpan afgewerkt met zwart email, een materiaal dat voornamelijk uit glas bestaat. Glas houdt warmte uitzonderlijk goed vast en geeft deze langzaam en gelijkmatig aan het voedsel af. De cocotte is geschikt voor alle warmtebronnen, ook inductie en de oven. Het is een handig keukeninstrument waarmee u in een handomdraai verschillende gerechten bereidt. Door de speciaal ontworpen druppelstructuur onderaan het deksel ontstaat een zelfbedruipend systeem dat uw vleesgerechten mals en zacht houdt.
