Deze rechthoekige terrine van Staub combineert functionaliteit met een stijlvolle vormgeving. In deze schaal serveert u kleine gratins, soufflés en andere ovenschotels rechtstreeks uit de keuken op tafel. Omdat de zwarte terrine met contrasterende messing knop van gietijzer gemaakt is, blijft uw gerecht lang warm. Het zwarte gietijzer neemt warmte op en geeft deze gelijkmatig en langzaam af. Zo gaart uw gerecht op zachte wijze. Dankzij het glanzende email aan de binnenzijde is het voedsel snel gaar, zelfs bij hoge temperaturen. Met de messing knop tilt u het nauw aansluitende deksel moeiteloos op. De terrine heeft een inhoud van 0,7 l en is 15 bij 11 cm groot. Deze schaal van Staub is geschikt voor alle warmtebronnen, ook inductie.Het opvallende, functionele design doet denken aan de kookpotten in een traditionele Franse keuken.
