Hou je van de Italiaanse keuken en kook je graag voor familie of vrienden, dan zou je de BALLARINI Bellamonte braadpan met een diameter van 26 cm moeten hebben. De gietijzeren braadpan volgt de traditie van de Noord-Italiaanse"paiolo di ghisa", dat is het bereiden van vlees-, vis- en groentegerechten in gietijzeren kookgerei. De braadpan is gemaakt van gietijzer, een materiaal dat de warmte bijzonder goed en gelijkmatig geleidt. Door zijn speciale eigenschappen krijgen je in gietijzer bereide gerechten een intensief geroosterd aroma en een uitgesproken smaak - ook ideaal voor langzaam koken. Het aroma wordt nog versterkt door de druppelstructuur in het deksel. Deze structuur zorgt voor een bijzonder gelijkmatige vochtverdeling op de ingrediënten, wat resulteert in zeer malse en smaakvolle gerechten. De braadpan kan worden gebruikt op alle soorten fornuizen inclusief inductie en is vaatwasmachinebestendig en geschikt voor ovens tot 240 °C. De emaillaag is sterk en krasbestendig. Deze
