Breng de smaak van Noord-Italië in huis met de ovale braadpan uit de BALLARINI Bellamonte serie. De braadpan van gietijzer met een lengte van 29 cm volgt de traditie van de "paiolo di ghisa". In Noord-Italië worden vlees en groenten, en vis aan de kust, bereid in een gietijzeren ketel boven een open vuur. Je hebt thuis geen open vuur van doen - de braadpan werkt op alle soorten fornuizen, inclusief inductie - maar toch kan je zo volop genieten van de voordelen van gietijzer. Want dit speciale materiaal geeft aan gerechten een uitgesproken smaak met bijzonder intense aroma's. Dit maakt de inductie braadpan tot een echte aanwinst, vooral voor langzaam koken. De druppelstructuur in het deksel verbetert ook de smaakbeleving door de ophopende vloeistof tijdens het koken gelijkmatig over het voedsel te verdelen.
