Met deze ronde ovenschaal uit het kookassortiment van Staub is casseroles, gratins en andere ovenschotels bereiden kinderspel. Een van de grootste voordelen van gietijzeren kookpotten en pannen is dat ze uitstekend warmte vasthouden. Die geabsorbeerde warmte geven ze langzaam en gelijkmatig af aan het voedsel. Zo garen de ingrediënten heel zacht en behouden ze al hun voedingswaarde. Het kwaliteitsvolle, slijtvaste materiaal zorgt ervoor dat gebakken gerechten en gratins een gelijkmatige, goudbruine korst krijgen. Dit praktische kookartikel heeft brede handvaten, een diameter van 16 cm en is 5 cm hoog. De schaal heeft een inhoud van 0,4 l en is speciaal bedoeld om kleine porties in te bereiden.
