Gemiddeld heeft de groene kamerplant 1 keer per week water nodig. De aarde mag altijd licht vochtig blijven. Lichtbehoefte Calathea Medaillon - 70cm Je kleine vriend komt oorspronkelijk uit de onderste delen van het regenwoud. De Calathea heeft dan ook niet veel licht nodig.
